collecting cultures

Written By: Carlo Gebler and Rosemary Jenkinson
Directed By: Paula McFetridge
Production Premiere: September 2012

Short plays by Carlo Gebler and Rosemary Jenkinson celebrating over 100 years of Ulster maritime history.

Hear from the Steward who had to keep ‘a cheery disposition’ whilst discreetly collecting chamber pots from the first class cabins every morning.  Or join Lady Duff Gordon, revolutionary modernist fashion designer,  for a mannequin’s parade of her latest design.

These dramatic vignettes will bring to life newly acquired artefacts in the TITANICa exhibition, examining the untold stories hidden within this well told narrative.
