Have a passion for the arts, and share our mission of using creativity to promote lasting social change?Kabosh are seeking to appoint new board members from a range of backgrounds. The board meet quarterly in the early evening at the Kabosh office in Belfast City Centre.
In addition to attending quarterly board meetings, board members may be expected to participate in a sub-committee or assist in mentoring a member of staff. Board members are also encouraged to get first hand experience of the work we do by attending productions (average of 4 per year), rehearsals, and workshops.
The Kabosh board play a vital role in the overall governance, strategic development, and financial management of one of Belfast’s leading professional theatre companies. We’re looking for passionate, diligent, and creative individuals to expand the skill set of our current strong team.We’re particularly interested in hearing from applicants with a background in:
- Finance & Accountancy
- Operational Management
- Human Resources / Training & Development
We currently have a high representation of females on the board, and are therefore keen to hear from male and / or non-binary / gender non-conforming applicants.
